Key Responsibilities

Production Operations
Supervise daily plant operations to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
Monitor production lines to ensure productive workflow and minimal downtime.
Coordinate manpower allocation and shift activities.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality & Food Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and company quality policies.
Monitor product quality and packaging standards throughout production.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Support internal and external audits.

Health, Safety & Environment
Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
Ensure employees use PPE and follow secure operating practices.
Report and investigate accidents or near misses.

Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and motivate production operators and line leaders.




Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Manage attendance, discipline, and employee engagement.
Foster a positive and productive work setting.

Maintenance & Equipment
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Report machine breakdowns and monitor corrective actions.
Support preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime.

Inventory & Material Control
Monitor raw material usage and packaging supplies.
Reduce wastage and improve material efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement departments.

Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
