About the Role
As a Marketing Intern at Penster, you will get hands-on exposure to marketing activities, brand-building initiatives, market research, campaign planning, and customer engagement strategies. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in marketing and contribute to a growing brand.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support social media and digital marketing activities
Help create marketing content and promotional ideas
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives
Requirements
Pursuing or completed BBA or MBA
Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Interest in marketing, branding, and business development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is preferred

Full time conversion is possible based on performance and successful completion of the internship.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
