Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage items, including daily specials.
Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving complaints politely.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Handle billing and process guest payments accurately.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase revenue.
Assist in inventory control and report shortages or damaged items.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Working Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Long hours standing and walking.
