Skills required:

Hardware and Network:
Understand the need of the business and convert them into BOM / design by proposing right Hardware (HW) make / model/version
Plan and deploy solutions through advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Troubleshoot complex problems like Application slowness, through the use of tools like IPSla, Netflow etc., usage of packet tracing and debug commands.
Perform Analytics for complex issue resolution.
Evaluate Product Platforms, carry out Proof of Concept and Integrations, Knowledge Acquisition and Transfer.

Switching:
Configure and carry out Complex Integrations like VSS, VPC, Fabric Path
Review Design for Data Center, Enterprise LAN
Develop Standards functionalities and implement the same Routing
Carry out Advanced Monitoring of IP SLA and EEM (Embedded event Management) (Applet).
Design based on standard Design Templates




Assess and propose Automation Solutions for efficiency improvement
Design Solutions for Enterprise/ Service Provider/ Data Center Settings.

WLAN:
Guide Onsite engineer to perform onsite survey and data gathering in case of connectivity issues and intermittent connectivity issues.
Design covered switched network and implement a converged switched network including WLAN
Verify and troubleshoot a switch with VLANs and Interswitch communications.

Network Management Tools:
Assess infrastructure and propose improvements.
Automate reporting schedules through wizards (Linux OS and Sun Solaris.
Integrate management tool to PBX
Decide parameters to be monitored and customize reporting.
Design and Deployment of Servers like Symposium/CC6/CMS Technical Skills
Network Components and Devices, Switches, Soft Switches, Multilayer Switches , Routers, Bridge Routers , Wireless Access Points (WAPs), Wireless Network interface Controller
