We’re looking for a Creative Director with a storyteller mindset to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video, static and print ads content.

Responsibilities:
Lead the idea generation, concept development, and scripting for digital, print, and outdoor campaigns.
Create storylines and scripts for motion graphics, animations, live shoots, promotional videos, theatre ads, and other creative projects.
Guide the team through the entire creative process ensuring the work is on-brand and high quality.
Participate in client meetings and pitches, presenting creative ideas, mock-ups, and campaign proposals.
Manage and mentor designers, visualizers, copywriters, and editors, helping them grow and deliver their best work.




Work closely with the Client Relations Manager and Social Media Manager to make sure all creatives meet client goals and expectations.
Contribute to sales pitching and creative presentations.

What We’re Looking For:
Robust background as a Content Creator or Program Producer.
Versatile and adaptable; able to work across different content types (corporate, fun, narrative, testimonial, etc.).
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
