Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Executive to join our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer and booking information, maintaining travel records, and making outbound/inbound calls to clients for follow-ups, confirmations, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Enter customer details, bookings, and travel information accurately into the company system.
Maintain and update client databases, invoices, and booking records.
Verify data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Call customers to follow up on travel inquiries and bookings.
Confirm hotel, flight, visa, and tour package details with clients.
Handle basic customer queries over phone and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding bookings and documentation.
Collect pending documents and payments through regular follow-up calls.
Maintain daily reports of calls, inquiries, bookings, and data entries.
Assist with administrative and office tasks as required.

Required Skills




Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Valuable typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Basic knowledge of tours, travel packages, and destinations is an advantage.

Qualifications
Minimum: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Customer Service, Telecalling, or the Travel Industry.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
