Skill Requirements
1.Experiance in Design and Development of Rugged Devices - Handheld Computers, Phones, Tablet, Mobile Devices etc
Experience in Product Development - Concept, Detailed design, Prototyping , Testing and Manufacturing
Experience in Plastic, Diecasting , Sheetmetal, Elastomer parts design and manufacturing
Experience in Creo - Solid & Surface Modelling, Sheetmetal, Assembly, Detailing, Top Down Design approach & Skeleton Models & Experience in Windchill
5.PCB layout support experience (6.Experiance in working with Design validation team - FEA , CFD , etc
Experience in coordination with cross functional team and suppliers for Prototyping, Testing and Manufacturing
Experience in testing for Ingress Protection, Drop, Shock Vibration, Tumble, temperature & chemical test and Troubleshooting failures
9.Able to perform Tolerance Stack up, DFMA, DFMEA, FAI & RCA
10.Awarness of Standards, IEC, MIL STD, ATEX, UL, etc
