We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & Performance Max).
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and improve ROAS.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.




Solid knowledge of Google Ads.
Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Experience with lead generation campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of landing page optimization.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
