Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front office operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Manage front desk staff, shift schedules, and team performance.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests.
Address guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments for seamless operations.
Monitor occupancy, room availability, and revenue opportunities.
Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements




Proven experience in front office management within a hotel environment.
Solid leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software/PMS systems.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Skilled appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
