We are looking for a passionate Senior Executive – People & Culture to drive employee engagement, organizational development, learning initiatives, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Organize employee recognition, wellness, and appreciation programs.
Coordinate leadership development and learning programs.
Drive onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
Lead internal communication and culture campaigns.
Organize town halls, employee events, and team-building activities.
Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics.
Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, People Management, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development,



Learning & Development, or People & Culture.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
High emotional intelligence with a people-first approach.
Experience in Technology, SaaS, Startup, or High-Growth organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
