We are looking for a Paint Shop Engineer with hands-on experience in paint shop operations in a manufacturing workplace. The candidate will be responsible for managing paint processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily paint shop operations
Ensure proper paint application and surface finish quality
Monitor and control painting parameters and process standards
Troubleshoot paint defects such as peel off, bubbles, and uneven coating
Maintain production targets with minimum rejection
Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards

Requirements

Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering
2–5 years experience in paint shop in manufacturing industry




Knowledge of painting processes such as powder coating or liquid painting
Understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
Experience in automotive or sheet metal industry preferred
Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
