Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into opportunities.
Update customer information, call status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
