IndiaZone is looking for a results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to improve website performance, increase user engagement, and maximize conversions across our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and experienced in optimizing websites, landing pages, and user journeys to improve lead generation, subscriptions, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user behavior and identify prospects to improve conversion rates
Optimize landing pages, forms, and user journeys to increase lead generation and subscriptions
Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements based on performance data
Monitor website analytics and conversion funnels
Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to implement optimization strategies
Improve call-to-action placement, page layouts, and user experience
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare optimization reports
Recommend best practices for improving website usability and customer engagement

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Marketing, or Website Optimization
Robust understanding of user experience (UX) and customer behavior
Experience with Google Analytics,



Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization techniques
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO and landing page optimization
Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead generation strategies
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
Experience working with B2B websites, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketplaces
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end optimization is an advantage
