Blanket Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, replenish guest supplies, and ensure rooms are well-presented.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost & found articles to the supervisor.
Ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready within the required turnaround time.
Follow housekeeping cleaning procedures and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, pantries, and storage areas.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping service calls.
Adhere to hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to company procedures.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth room operations.




Assist with deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in housekeeping (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning methods.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.
