Job Summary

UBALPINE is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller (Corporate Sales) to generate B2B leads, connect with corporate decision-makers, and schedule meetings for the Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to corporate clients across North India.
Generate qualified B2B leads from the provided database.
Connect with Admin, Purchase, Facility, HR, Projects, Architects, Interior Designers, and PMC professionals.
Introduce UBALPINE's modular office furniture and workplace solutions.
Schedule meetings for the Corporate Sales Team.
Follow up with existing enquiries and prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, layouts, and client meetings.
Achieve daily calling, lead generation,



and appointment targets.
Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
Robust communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
