Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
Develop technical skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Prepare students for CBSE Cluster, District, State, and National-level competitions.
Plan training schedules and monitor student performance.
Ensure safety standards during practice sessions and tournaments.
Promote discipline, confidence, and a positive sporting culture.
Qualifications
Relevant coaching certification in Football or Taekwondo.
Degree/Diploma in Physical Education is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in a school.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Passion for working with children and nurturing sporting talent.
