Responsibilities:
Handle customer renewal calls.
Retain existing customers through effective communication.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
Achieve renewal and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
