We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plant Operator to operate and monitor plant machinery, ensure smooth production, and maintain a safe and efficient working setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of machines.
Ensure smooth production as per the production schedule.
Identify and report equipment faults or breakdowns.
Maintain production records and daily operating logs.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (preferred).
Experience in operating industrial plant machinery is preferred.
Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
