Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Near By -Nedumbassery Airport, Ernakulam
Salary + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers with courier and logistics services.
Handle customer enquiries and provide service-related information.
Perform form filling, billing, and cash collection.
Coordinate parcel collections, dispatches, and shipment clearances.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth customer service operations.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
Looking for smart and presentable candidates.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and billing experience will be an added advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome to apply.
