Job Role
We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive who will be responsible for calling potential partners and onboarding them onto the DTCI platform. This is an office-based role focused on communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to dental clinics, diagnostic labs, pharma brands, and wellness partners. - Explain the perks of listing on the DTCI platform.
Handle basic client queries professionally.
Follow up with interested leads.
Maintain daily call logs and updates.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
Fluent and confident in English communication (Mandatory).
- Good speaking and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Skilled and polite communication style.
Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass - Graduates preferred
