We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function and support the company's growth through strategic financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Treasury.
Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and internal controls.
Collaborate with leadership to support business decisions.
Lead and mentor the Finance team.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CA or CMA qualification is mandatory.
Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
Strong knowledge of GST,



TDS, Payroll, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Planning.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Technology, SaaS, Startup, or Professional Services is an advantage.
