Role Overview

The Guest Service Internship will support front office and hotel operations while developing expertise in guest relations, reservations, customer service, and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist hotel guests
Support front desk and reception activities
Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries professionally
Support reservation and room allocation activities
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
Maintain service records and documentation
Deliver exceptional guest experiences

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass
