Job Overview

We are hiring for Digital Marketing Agency.We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / PPC Head to lead our performance marketing initiatives and drive high-quality lead generation through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale PPC campaigns, optimizing digital marketing performance, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, keywords, audiences, and ad creatives.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure productive allocation to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other reporting tools.




Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Implement remarketing and conversion optimization strategies.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create high-performing campaigns.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and PPC Campaign Management.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
Robust understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and marketing automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
