Roles-
Quantity take-off from fire fighting drawings.
Preparation of RA and final bills.
BOQ verification and rate checking.
Variation and extra item billing.
Quantity reconciliation (supply vs installation).
Documentation and billing record maintenance.
Coordination with site team, client, and accounts department.
Responsibilities-
Ensure accurate quantity calculation from drawings and site measurements.
Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills on time.
Verify executed work with BOQ and approved rates.
Maintain proper measurement sheets and billing documents.
Coordinate with site engineers for work confirmation.
Prepare variation and extra item statements for approval.
Follow up with client for bill certification and payment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
