We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Steward/Stewardess. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt and courteous service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained as per brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns promptly.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Assist in setting up buffet, banquet, and special events when required.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Support the team in achieving departmental service and guest satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good grooming and qualified appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with willingness to learn.
Adaptable to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
