Our growing organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building long-term value, and delivering measurable business results.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can effectively leverage data insights, market trends, and industry intelligence to develop and execute growth strategies. The role requires a strong ability to identify emerging opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services - or recent ways of reaching existing markets
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team




Have a valuable understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and objectives
Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or a similar leadership role
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
Project management and organisational skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
