Who have Manufacturing Exp in HR and Payroll Compliance role is a strategic position responsible for managing end-to-end salary processing while ensuring adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Gratuity). This includes auditing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining secure employee.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, mediate workplace disputes, and handle performance, grievance, or disciplinary issues.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure company practices adhere to labor regulations, maintain employee handbooks, and conduct periodic internal audits.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, health advantages administration, and open enrollment periods.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
