Job Description:
Team Building: Build and expand your sales team by leveraging your personal and skilled network.
Training & Motivation: Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Business Development: Organize and coordinate sales visits and client meetings to generate new business prospects.
Team Development: Develop team members skills and capabilities to enhance productivity and drive business growth.
Meetings & Reporting: Conduct and manage weekly and monthly meetings to monitor performance, track targets, and address challenges.
Required Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
Robust communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
