Key Responsibilities:
Airline Rate Negotiation & Pricing:
Develop and maintain solid relationships with airlines to secure the best freight rates.
Negotiate competitive air freight pricing to optimize cost efficiency for clients.
Regularly update and compare rates from multiple carriers to ensure the best deals.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor market trends, airline capacity, and pricing fluctuations to provide strategic insights.
Analyze competitor pricing and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Ensure pricing aligns with industry standards and company profitability targets.
Coordination & Client Support:
Work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams to provide accurate rate quotations.




Address client inquiries related to air freight pricing and ensure timely responses.
Maintain updated records of airline rates, contracts, and pricing agreements.

Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in air freight pricing, airline negotiations, or freight forwarding.
Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of airline pricing structures, capacity management, and freight regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and freight management software.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
