Key Responsibilities

Standard Work Governance
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide Work Instruction (WI) publishing standards and governance frameworks.
Establish best practices for document creation, management, version control, and approval processes.
Ensure consistency and compliance of work instructions across global manufacturing facilities.

Digital Publishing & Knowledge Management
Lead the deployment and optimization of digital publishing and knowledge management systems.
Drive digitization initiatives to improve accessibility, usability, and efficiency of standard work documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement creative documentation tools and technologies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor teams responsible for documentation and publishing activities.
Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, EHS, and operations teams to align documentation standards.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among global sites.

Continuous Improvement
Monitor documentation effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics.




Identify process improvement prospects and implement corrective actions.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives through robust standardization practices.

Audit & Compliance Management
Lead internal and external audits related to work instruction management and documentation compliance.
Ensure adherence to automotive quality standards and organizational requirements.
Drive corrective and preventive actions arising from audit findings.
