Accounting & Transaction Management
Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including high-volume purchase and sales entries.
Oversee daily reconciliations of accounts and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Track and manage receivables, payables, and credit notes efficiently.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions for audit and compliance.
Handle GST calculations, return filing, and compliance for purchases and sales.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Analyze financial data to track trends, cost control, and profitability.
Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Guide junior accountants and review their work for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with sales, purchase, and operations teams for smooth transaction flow.




Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP / SAP.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of transactions with attention to detai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
