Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising, managing, and inspiring a team of channel partner executives and channel partners to achieve revenue targets by assigning team goals

Delegate Tasks and set deadlines.

Collaborate with the Team to develop an overall territory account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners.

Leading Negotiations, handling objections and coordinating complex decision- making process to create current Business Prospects.

Responsible to develop, build and strengthen long term relationships with customers and partners

Overall responsibility of creating a network of Channel sales partners

Onboarding and training the partners

Follow up with channel partner executives and partners to ensure steady flow of leads





Monitor and track the performance of partners and executives

Taking care of the entire partner journey from onboarding to release of payout

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Must have experience in logistics

Experience in managing Teams

Excellent communication skills in English and other Indian Languages

Strong Analytical, Technical and Sales/Marketing fundamentals along with excellent Negotiation skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bachelors Degree(any) mandatory, Masters (any) would be an added advantage

Experience in Partner channel network would be an added advantage
