About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with students, guiding them toward international education opportunities, and working in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
Understand students' academic background and career goals to recommend suitable universities and courses.
Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.




Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/system regularly.
Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Experience in study abroad counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
