Hiring | Tax Senior Manager – US Partnership Taxation (Form 1065)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Tax Senior Manager – Partnership Taxation (US Tax) for one of the leading global consulting and tax advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 13+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple US Partnership tax (Form 1065) engagements, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Oversee the preparation and final review of Partnership and Corporate tax returns, including federal, state, local, and foreign tax filings, estimated payments, and extensions.
Provide technical guidance on complex US tax matters and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
Manage engagement economics, including billing, realization, and collections.
Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities by building strong client relationships.
Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff on technical and engagement management skills.
Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
Contribute to business development through networking,



client expansion, and current business opportunities.

Preferred Experience:
Solid experience in Financial Services or Real Estate taxation.
Extensive knowledge of Partnership and Corporate taxation.
Exposure to multi-state and international tax engagements will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
EA (Enrolled Agent) certification and PTIN license is mandatory.
10+ years of experience in US Taxation, with significant expertise in Partnership Tax.
Experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.
At least 4 years of people management, supervision, and team development experience.
Solid technical knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax compliance.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and build lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
