Drive showroom and project sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and key customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience , preferably in one or more of the following industries:
Luxury Building Materials
Natural Stone
Premium Retail
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-related business as required.
