The Area Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing Retailer Finance penetration. The ASM will play a crucial role in fostering and managing relationships with trade partners, while continuously seeking opportunities for business expansion.
Leading and inspiring the sales team to achieve success is a fundamental aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Enhance Retailer Finance Penetration:
Work closely with finance partners to develop effective financing solutions for retailers.
Educate retailers on the benefits of financing options and facilitate the adoption of Retailer Finance programs.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of Retailer Finance initiatives.
Foster and Manage Relationships:
Cultivate strong partnerships with lenders and trade partners.
Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners in a timely and skilled manner.
