Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, water treatment systems, and other utility equipment.
Record and analyze operating parameters to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective actions to avoid downtime.
Maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility systems and equipment.
Assist in scheduling and executing planned shutdowns, overhauls, and inspections.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in utility areas.
Safety & Compliance
Follow OSHA, EPA, and agrochemical industry-specific safety and environmental guidelines.
Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and hazardous chemical handling procedures.
Support compliance with ISO, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and equipment downtime.
Report deviations, breakdowns, and maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Support audits and inspections related to utilities.
