Role Objective

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business generation and strengthening client relationships across the GCC market, with a focus on maximizing sales from the NRI segment. The role involves building and expanding a robust network of international channel partners/agencies, while cultivating a high-quality investor base of HNI NRI clients for Lodha’s premium portfolio. Based out of Dubai, the role will also play a key part in enhancing brand visibility and driving product awareness across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Drive channel partner engagement and business development initiatives across the GCC market to generate NRI leads.
Identify, onboard, and manage premium channel partners to effectively promote Lodha’s offerings in the region.
Build and nurture a strong investor database through loyalty programs, referrals, and channel partner networks.
Collaborate closely with Loyalty and Presales teams to maximize conversion and revenue opportunities.
Plan and execute targeted campaigns, events, and seminars for NRI clients; work with Marketing for timely and customized collaterals.




Represent the organization at international property exhibitions and industry events, while staying updated on market trends and competition.
Lead, mentor, and develop the team to drive performance and capability building.
Coordinate with site closing teams to ensure seamless execution and achievement of sales targets for the assigned geography.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in international markets, with exposure to NRI/global clients.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
MBA or equivalent qualification.

Experience & Other Requirements
10–15 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, consulting, investment banking, wealth management, or client services.
Demonstrated experience in selling luxury or premium products with transparent revenue ownership.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Highly qualified, organized, self-driven, and collaborative in approach.
