Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion as per the batch manufacturing schedule.
Implement and maintain GMP/cGMP practices and regulatory compliance throughout the production process.
Monitor chemical processes, raw material usage, and handling of intermediates and final products.
Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehousing for smooth plant operations.
Lead troubleshooting of process deviations or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) standards are strictly followed.
Conduct and assist in scale-up and validation batches for recent product launches.
Monitor and optimize equipment efficiency, chemical yields, and production cost controls.
Train and guide production staff to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.
