We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with hands-on experience in EBM (Extrusion Blow Moulding) and IBM (Injection Blow Moulding) processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor EBM & IBM machines
Ensure daily production targets are achieved
Maintain product quality as per company standards
Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Optimize cycle time and reduce material wastage
Maintain production reports and documentation
Follow safety and compliance guidelines
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of blow moulding processes (EBM & IBM)
Understanding of mould setting and parameter adjustments
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
Leadership and team handling skills
Knowledge of production planning and quality control
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing industry
CIPET-qualified candidates preferred
Ability to work in shifts
Immediate joiners preferred.
