Job Description:

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior skilled to lead and manage the Collections function for LAP portfolios in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on driving recovery performance, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with collection strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the collections strategy for Loan Against Property Portfolios (X, 1 & 2 buckets).
Manage a team of collection managers and field executives to achieve collection targets.
Monitor portfolio performance and reduce delinquency rates.
Drive legal and resolution mechanisms for delinquent accounts.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company collection policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Risk,



and Operations teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
Strengthen collections processes to improve efficiency and recovery ratios.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 9–10 years of experience in Collections, preferably in LAP
Robust experience leading regional/state-level collections operations.
Exposure to bucket management strategies (X, 1 & 2).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience in NBFCs / Financial Institutions preferred.
