Job Description:

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
● Analyse existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
● Understanding of Basic Configuration Strategies for ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
● Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions for process improvement.
● Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system designs.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users.
● Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and resolve issues.
● Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful ERP implementation.
● Provide user training and support during the implementation and post- implementation phases.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, identifying opportunities for optimization.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems.
● Understanding of Solution Implementation and Development Methodologies.

Requirements:





● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
● Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the ERP industry.
● Proven experience in ERP pre-sales and sales.
● solid communication and customer experience.
● Solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
● Proficiency in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and system designs.
● Experience in conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions for process improvement.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Robust communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
● Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
● Certification in relevant ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) is a plus.
