Job Description:

Position: General Manager – Head of Production

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production operations for handbags and wallets, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Plan and implement production schedules, processes, and resource allocation for smooth workflow.
Supervise teams across cutting, stitching, finishing, and QC, maintaining high product standards.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams for seamless sampling and bulk execution.
Monitor inventory, material usage, and production budgets to reduce waste and control costs.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.




Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and quality norms.
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to build a skilled, motivated team.

Key Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Production / Industrial Engineering / Fashion Technology.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in handbags or wallets manufacturing.
Robust expertise in factory operations, workflow planning, and team leadership.
In-depth knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, and finishing techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
