Job Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution
Plan, organize, and supervise all civil and structural works for greenfield, brownfield, and expansion projects.
Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Review and approve civil engineering drawings, layouts, and designs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Site Management
Oversee day-to-day site activities related to civil and infrastructure works.
Ensure work execution as per approved design, quality standards, and safety norms.
Conduct inspections and resolve in office technical issues.
Manage foundation works for process equipment, storage tanks, ETP/STP, utilities, etc.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and company safety standards.
Coordinate with EHS (Workplace,



Health & Safety) for compliance with chemical industry regulations.
Verify material testing, concrete strength reports, and vendor quality certifications.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare civil budgets and monitor expenses against approved costs.
Optimize resources and control wastage in materials and manpower.
Review and certify contractors’ bills and progress reports.
Maintenance & Infrastructure Support
Oversee maintenance of plant roads, drains, stormwater systems, buildings, and other infrastructure.
Support operations team with civil modifications and repairs as required.
Ensure timely upkeep of civil assets during plant shutdowns and overhauls.
