Job Description:

Position : Assistant Manager QA/QC – Transformer Radiator

Experience : 4–10 Years

Salary : 4.00 to 6.00 LPA

Qualification : BE Mechanical / Diploma (Mechanical)

Gender : Male

Job Location : Kashipura, POR (Nr. Vadodara)

Transportation : Yes from Makarpura, Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:
Handle overall quality control for transformer radiators and transformer tanks
Manage QC team and ensure proper inspection at all production stages
Monitor leakage testing, pressure testing, welding quality, and dimensional accuracy
Reduce rejection, rework, and improve product quality
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain quality documentation and audit readiness

Key Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of fabrication, welding, and inspection processes
Experience in radiator / transformer / fabrication industry preferred
Valuable leadership and problem-solving skills
Able to handle QA/QC Team
