We are a rapid-growing skin and hair clinic in West Hyderabad, having served over 7,000 patients in three years. We're looking for a qualified Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing and clinic pharmacy stock as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately, with transparent instructions to patients on dosage and usage
Maintain and manage inventory of medications and clinical consumables (Botox, PRP/GFC kits, local anaesthetics, dermal fillers, etc.), including cold-chain storage where required
Check expiry dates and rotate stock; flag and reorder
Maintain records of controlled/scheduled drugs as per regulatory requirements
Coordinate with doctors and therapists on stock availability for scheduled procedures
Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and Telangana Pharmacy Council regulations
Maintain accurate purchase, sales,
and stock registers
Support billing for medications/products dispensed, in coordination with front desk
What We're Looking For
D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree, registered with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or retail pharmacy preferred
Positive communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Comfortable with basic computer/inventory software
Honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable with regulatory record keeping
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
