Position Title: Payroll Executive
Department: Human Resources / Finance

Reporting To: HR Manager / Payroll Manager / Finance Head
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Maintain and update employee data such as attendance, leaves, and salary changes
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax, and TDS
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for inputs like current joiners, exits, and salary revisions
Generate salary slips and payroll reports
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies




Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in internal/external audits
Stay updated with changes in tax and labor laws
Manage full and final settlements for exited employees
Work with payroll software (e.g., SAP, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, ADP, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or HR
Familiarity with payroll software and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Robust knowledge of statutory compliance in payroll
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Valuable communication and coordination skills
