Work From Home (WFH) role
Candidate should be based in Pune
Frequent client meetings and travel across Pune and other parts Maharashtra. Readiness to travel nearby state, if required.

Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and acquire recent clients for SAP solutions and services
Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures
Build and maintain robust relationships with SMEs, manufacturing companies, and enterprise clients across Maharashtra
Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams for solution discussions and proposal submissions
Handle consultative selling for SAP S/4HANA solutions and related services
Follow up on company-generated leads and also generate business through personal networks, references, cold outreach, and market connections
Identify prospects for SAP implementation, migration, support, upgrades, and digital transformation projects
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports
Represent the company during client meetings,



networking events, and industry interactions

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA sales/business development
Prior experience working with SAP partners is mandatory
Preference will be given to candidates from small or mid-sized SAP partner companies
Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA offerings
Proven experience in client acquisition and account management
Strong network in Pune and Maharashtra market will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
Willingness to travel for client meetings across Maharashtra
