We are seeking Customer Care Executives(Voice and Non Voice) to join our energetic team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following

min 1 year experience in Chat or Email for Non Voice

freshers also eligible for Voice Process

Languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: Graduation
Age between 18 to 30 years.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.
Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer complaints Through calls and Chats.
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
