Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with vendors, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete accounting in Tally Prime
Sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries
GST accounting and reconciliation
Bank reconciliation (BRS)
Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
Accounts receivable and payable management
Invoice verification and accounting
Credit Note & Debit Note entries
Journal voucher preparation
Cash and bank book maintenance
Expense booking and verification
Monthly account closing and MIS reports
Assist in statutory compliance and audit documentation




Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS and annual audit requirements
Ensure timely and accurate accounting of all transactions

Required Skills:
3–4 years of practical experience in Tally Prime (Mandatory)
Positive understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com preferred
Additional accounting certification will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in a trading or manufacturing company
Immediate joiners preferred
Honest, responsible and willing to take ownership of accounting activities
